Educating Youth Everywhere is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving educators, the under-resourced heroes of the world.  We firmly believe that educators play a pivotal role in shaping the future by nurturing students' growth and development. At E.Y.E, we recognize the importance of providing educators with the care, support, and resources they need to excel in all spaces.

 

Mission:

To decrease burnout and turnover rates among educators through innovative program initiatives. E.Y.E is a new nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the needs of educators both in and out of the classroom!

We aim to enhance the well-being and sustainability of educators by providing high-quality initiatives focused on wellness, financial literacy, and mental health support.

 

Purpose:

Our purpose is to empower educators by providing direct access to essential resources and initiatives that promote their wellness and financial stability. We aim to create a positive impact on educators’ lives, enabling them to thrive in their roles and inspire future generations in classrooms everywhere. Through our programs, we strive to cultivate a supportive community that prioritizes the mental health and overall well-being of educators, ensuring they can continue to make a difference in the lives of their students.

 

Our Initiatives

• Self-Care Resources: We provide educators with tools and resources to prioritize their well-being and practice self-care.

  • Self care workshops, conferences, panel discussions, collegiate outreach/mentorship, gifts​/ tool kits, merchandise, and emergency financial relief fund (Educator First Aid).

 

• Affordable Housing Programs: We work to address the housing needs of educators, ensuring they have access to safe and affordable housing options.

 

• Children's Books: Our collection of children's books focuses on mental health and special needs topics, promoting empathy and understanding among young readers.

 

Our Story

E.Y.E's journey began with a seed of impact sown on the campus of Clark Atlanta University in the Spring of 2015. Since then, we have grown into a non-profit organization that is committed to collaborating with partners, uplifting educators, and combating classroom burnout. Together, we aim to create a positive and supportive environment for educators to thrive and make a lasting impact on the lives of students.
